Spaghetti Squash Pesto with Tomatoes

1 minimal spaghetti squash
15 high basil leaves
1 low clove garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and fresh new pepper
1 tomato, diced


Instructions:

Minimize squash inside of fifty percent lengthwise, scoop out seeds and fibers. Spot within a microwave safe and sound dish and deal with. Microwave 8-9 minutes. Remove against the microwave and scoop out flesh with a fork into a superior bowl.
Inside of a little blender incorporate basil, garlic, olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt a pepper and puree until eventually gentle.
Incorporate pesto with 2 cups spaghetti squash (preserve any staying squash for a further recipe). Increase tomatoes and year with added salt and pepper.
