Instant Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
oats
vanilla extract
salt, table
nuts, pecans
sugars, granulated
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
butter, without salt
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Directions:
In large bowl combine oats, vanilla and salt.
Stir in pecans.
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and cocoa.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat, stir in oats mixture.
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Let cool.
