DIABETIC FRUIT CAKES
2 c. water
2 c. raisins
1 c. unsweetened apple sauce
2 eggs
2 tbsp. liquid sweetener
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. soda
2 c. simple flour
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Cook raisins inside of water until eventually water is long gone. Increase the applesauce, eggs, sweetener and oil and combine effectively. Mixture in just the other substances which contain been sifted jointly. Incorporate vanilla. Pour into greased and floured pans, ideally loaf pans. Bake in excess of 1 hour at 350 ranges or right up until completed. Results in 10 to 12 servings.
