Coconut Whipped Cream

Ingredients:
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
sugars, powdered
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
vanilla extract

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, and whisk until soft peaks form.
