oil, olive, salad or cooking
spices, thyme, dried
salt, table

Directions:
Combine the ingredients for the crust and spread over a pork loin.
Bake in 325F oven for 3 hours or until meat thermometer reaches 150 - 160F Let sit for 10 - 15 minutes covered in foil.
