Ingredients:
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
Directions:
Mix above ingredients.
Cook in microwave for a minute.
Stir.
Add in shredded cheese if you like.
Continue heating for 30 seconds.
Stir, heat, stir till desired thickness.
