Shortcake Pie Crust Recipe
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
oil, olive, salad or cooking
salt, table
sugars, granulated
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
Directions:
Mix together in pie plate and push into place with fingers.
Bake at 400 degrees (375 degrees for glass) till just begins to brown.
Cold and fill with favorite filling.
NOTE: Not appropriate for fillings that must be baked in the crust.
