Cucumber Cream Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
pickles, cucumber, sour
peppers, sweet, green, raw
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
radishes, raw
cream, sour, cultured
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
salt, table
spices, pepper, black

Directions:
In mixing bowl combine cucumber, green pepper, onion and radishes.
Stir in lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, salt and pepper; mix well.
Transfer to storage container.
Cover and chill.
Garnish with additional radish slices and a sprig of fresh watercress if you like.
