Pork and Stir-Fried Vegetables With Spicy Asian Sauce

Ingredients:
oil, canola
sauce, hoisin, ready-to-serve
catsup
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
spices, garlic powder
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw
spices, pepper, black
salt, table
oil, sesame, salad or cooking
mushrooms, white, raw
peppers, sweet, green, raw
water, bottled, generic
spices, ginger, ground
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried

Directions:
Heat canola oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Combine hoisin sauce and next 4 ingredients (through ground red pepper), stirring until blended; set aside.
Add pork to pan; sprinkle with black pepper and salt.
Cook 3 minutes on each side or until done.
Remove from pan.
Add sesame oil to pan.
Add mushrooms, bell pepper and ginger; stir fry 4-6 minutes or until bell pepper is tender and the liquid has evaporated.
Stir in onion, water chestnuts and pork.
Add hoisin mixture to pan; toss to coat.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
