Grilled Honey-Orange Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw
honey
spices, rosemary, dried
spices, thyme, dried
spices, coriander seed
sugars, brown
spices, garlic powder
mustard, prepared, yellow
orange juice, raw
apple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
oil, olive, salad or cooking
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
Directions:
Trim any excess fat from the pork loins.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
PLace pork in a resealable bag and pour marinade over pork.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Drain pork and discard marinade.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Place pork on rack and cover and grill until done to preference.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
