Baking Powder Biscuits
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
sugars, granulated
salt, table
oil, olive, salad or cooking
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Lightly grease a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Add in the oil and milk, then stir until the dough comes together.
Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface.
Cut dough into biscuits and place on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
