Spice Rubbed Pork Roast
Ingredients:
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
spices, thyme, dried
spices, coriander seed
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Leave about 1/4 inch of fat on one side of the loin.
Mix the spices together and rub all ove the loin.
Place in a raosting pan and cook in oven for 1 1/4 hours.
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
