1 ounce gin
3/4 ounce grenadine
3/4 ounce lemon juice
Chilled champagne

1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Insert Calvados, gin, grenadine, and lemon juice.
3. Shake.
4. Pressure into a highball glass with ice.
5. Best with champagne.
