SOYER AU CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

1 tablespoon vanilla ice product
1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
1/4 ounce orange curacao
1/4 ounce brandy
Chilled champagne

1. Put vanilla ice product within just a chilled champagne glass.
2. Increase maraschino liqueur, curacao, and brandy.
3. Fill with champagne.
4. Garnish with an orange lower and a cherry.
