Gluten-Free Coconut Pineapple Strawberry Smoothies
Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
strawberries, raw
pineapple, raw, all varieties
pineapple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
seeds, flaxseed
Directions:
Pour the coconut milk into a clean ice cube tray (it will not fill the entire tray) and freeze at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
Add the coconut milk cubes, strawberries, pineapples, pineapple juice and flax seeds to a blender and puree until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
