1 ounce gin 1/2 ounce anisette 1 ounce lime juice Chilled champagne 1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. 2. Add gin, anisette, and lime juice. 3. Shake. 4. Strain into a collins glass with ice. 5. Top with champagne.
