Homemade Horseradish and Creamy Sauce

Ingredients:
horseradish, prepared
vinegar, distilled
sugars, granulated
salt, table
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
salad dressing, mayonnaise, regular
salt, table
horseradish, prepared

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a processor or blender; process until pureed.
Carefully remove cover, keeping face away from container.
Cover and store in the fridge.
Use as a condiment.
Creamy Horseradish Sauce: In a mixing bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
Add mayonnaise and salt; blend thoroughly.
Fold in horseradish.
Chill until ready to serve.
Use as a condiment with meats.
