5 Minute Pizza Dough

Ingredients:
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
water, bottled, generic
sugars, granulated
salt, table
oil, olive, salad or cooking
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched

Directions:
Yields 1 large pizza.
1.
Preheat oven 450 degrees F. Combine yeast and water.
Then mix this with the rest of the ingredients.
2.
Knead for 5 minutes.
3.
Spread on a pizza stone or pizza pan.
Add your desired toppings.
4.
Bake 12-18 minutes.
The baking time really depends on your toppings and pan.
I usually top my pizza with pineapple, onion, tomato and green peppers.
Since the vegetables are raw, the veggies took a little longer to bake than a meat pizza.
