Hot Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients:
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
pascha, organic bitter-sweet dark chocolate chips,
Directions:
In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a simmer over moderate heat.
Add the chocolate, turn off the heat and cover.
Let stand for 10 minutes, then whisk to blend.
Rewarm just before serving.
