Ground Beef Porridge

Ingredients:
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
onions, raw
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
broccoli, raw
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
salt, table

Directions:
Minced onion, tomato and broccoli and set aside.
Add 350ml of water to the brown rice and bring it to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
Add minced vegetables and ground beef to the porridge and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Season to taste.
