Easy Irish Soda Bread
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
spices, caraway seed
sugars, granulated
raisins, seeded
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
Directions:
Put ingredients in large bowl and stir well.
Grease black iron frying pan.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove from pan.
Cover with towel until cool.
