Asparagus And Crunchy Orange Top Recipe

Ingredients:
asparagus, raw
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
nuts, almonds
marmalade, orange

Directions:
Snap off tough ends of the asparagus.
Remove scales if you like.
Arrange asparagus in a vegetable steamer over boiling water.
Cover and steam 4-min till crisp tender.
Drain; arrange on a serving platter and keep hot.
Heat margarine in a small saucepan over low heat; add in almonds, and saute/fry' till lightly toasted.
Stir in marmalade; cook till heated.
Spoon over asparagus.
