Creamed Sweet Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
sweet potato, raw, unprepared
butter, without salt
orange juice, raw
salt, table
candies, marshmallows
Directions:
Into 4 c. of warm mashed sweet potatoes, stir in 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. orange juice and 1/2 tsp.
salt.
Mix in marshmallows.
Place in a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish; bake for 20 min at 350 degrees.
Top with additional marshmallows, if you like, and return to oven till slightly browned.
