Low Fat Granola
Ingredients:
oats
nuts, almonds
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
honey
syrup, maple, canadian
apple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
spices, cinnamon, ground
salt, table
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir.
Bake on a cookie sheet with silicone liner for 18 to 24 minutes in a 350-F oven, stirring every 6 minutes.
