2 cups frozen raspberries
2 medium or 3 low frozen bananas, slash into 1-inch chunks
4 tablespoons uncooked almond or cashew butter
2 tablespoons uncooked cocoa (cacao) powder
2 tablespoons uncooked honey, uncooked agave nectar, or maple syrup
1 teaspoon organic vanilla flavoring

Guidelines
1. Put the water, raspberries, bananas, nut butter, cocoa, honey, vanilla, and salt in a blender and purée till thick and soft, in excess of 30 seconds.
