Cheesy Biscuits

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
butter, without salt
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
cheese, cheddar

Directions:
Put flour in a bowl, cut in butter, work with fingers to separate butter into pea sized bits.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until just combined.
Turn onto lightly floured surface, press out and fold dough onto itself a few times.
Handle dough as little as possible for fluffy, crumbly biscuits.
Press dough into a rectangle about an inch thick, then using a knife cut into 12 squares.
Bake on greased pan for 10 minutes at 400F.
