Sharon's Goombay Smash

Ingredients:
alcoholic beverage, distilled, rum, 80 proof
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
bananas, raw
orange juice, raw
pineapple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid

Directions:
Mix and serve on the rocks, or prepare in blender with ice.
Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry!
