Sweet Coconut Cream
Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
sweetener, herbal extract powder from stevia leaf
Directions:
To make the sweet coconut cream as a substitute for whipped cream or sweet cream on desserts, just mix one can of coconut milk with 2-3 packets of stevia powder.
Mix well using a whisk until smooth.
This is best if you chill in the fridge before serving but not necessary if you are in a hurry to eat it :).
