cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
nuts, almonds
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
LAYER 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 Tbsp.
cereal, and 1 Tbsp.
of almonds in a medium glass.
REPEAT layers.
Serve immediately.
SERVE a glass of water with breakfast.
