Potato Bread - for Bread Machine
Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
potatoes, raw, skin
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
sugars, granulated
salt, table
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
Directions:
Take the cooked potato and break it up with a fork, and enough water to equal 1 1/2C.
Add all of the ingredients, as listed above, in to bread machine.
Set machine to white bread, medium crust, and press start.
