Apricot And Walnut Brown Rice Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients:
onions, raw
celery, raw
butter, without salt
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
nuts, walnuts, english
apricots, dried, sulfured, uncooked
nuts, pine nuts, dried
raisins, seeded
parsley, fresh
spices, thyme, dried
spices, pepper, black
soup, chicken broth or bouillon, dry

Directions:
Cook onion and celery in butter in small skillet over medium heat till tender.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl; turn into greased 2-qt baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F, 20-25 min.
(Stuffing may be baked inside poultry.)
