DIAMOND FIZZ

Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
2 ounces gin
Chilled champagne

1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Incorporate lemon juice, powdered sugar, and gin.
3. Shake.
4. Pressure into a highball glass with ice.
5. Fill with champagne.
6. Stir.
