THUNDER AND LIGHTNING

1 1/2 ounces brandy
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon sugar
Pinch of cayenne pepper

1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Incorporate brandy, egg yolk, sugar, and cayenne pepper.
3. Shake.
4. Tension into a cocktail glass.
