Caramel Cream Cheese Cookies

Ingredients:
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
cheese, parmesan, hard
candies, caramels
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched

Directions:
Return the butter to room temperature, add the sugar and mix with a whisk.
Add room temperature cream cheese and mix in as if kneading.
Add the milk and mix, then sprinkle in the flour.
Mix and bring it all together with a spatula.
Warm and soften the caramel in a 700w W microwave for 10 seconds (or adjust to your appliance at home until softened).
Quickly add the caramel to the mixture from Step 3 and mix well.
Wrap and adjust the shape.
Let it sit in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Cut the cookies into 5mm-thick pieces and spread them out on a baking tray.
Bake in an oven pre-heated to 170C for 20 minutes.
