Pecan Pastry Shell Recipe
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
nuts, pecans
sugars, brown
butter, without salt
Directions:
Place flour, pecans, sugar and butter in a 9 inch pie plate.
Don't stir.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
Stir mix into bottom and sides of a lightly greased 9 inch pie plate.
Cold.
Yield: one 9 inch pastry shell.
