Pie Plate Apple Crisp

Ingredients:
apples, raw, with skin
lemon juice, raw
sugars, granulated
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, brown
oats
leavening agents, baking soda
spices, cinnamon, ground
butter, without salt

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together, (except for the 1/8 cup sugar and the 1 Tbl.
flour, as that gets mixed with the apples.
), then cut in softened butter.
Put lemon juice in a glass pie plate.
Peel, core and slice apples, putting in pie plate as you go, mixing with the lemon juice.
Mix the 1/8 cup sugar with the 1 Tbl.
flour, mix into apples.
Top with crumb topping.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream.
