Hot Dog Chili
Ingredients:
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
spices, garlic powder
spices, onion powder
onions, raw
spices, chili powder
water, bottled, generic
catsup
sauce, ready-to-serve, pepper, tabasco
Directions:
Brown the beef (or meat substitute) in a saute pan coated with cooking spray, breaking up the beef into small crumbles with a wooden spoon.
Add all other ingredients.
Simmer on low for 20 minutes.
