PISCO Bitter

PISCO Bitter

1 1/2 ounces pisco brandy
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 egg white
Sprint of Angostura bitters

1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Insert pisco brandy, lemon juice, sugar, egg white, and bitters.
3. Shake.
4. Stress into a cocktail glass.
