Southern Spice Rub

Ingredients:
spices, cumin seed
spices, chili powder
spices, coriander seed
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, pepper, red or cayenne

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
Sprinkle and rub the mixture on both sides of steaks just before grilling.
Watch the meat while grilling: The spice rub should darken, but you dont want it to burn.
