Homemade Cracker Jack

Ingredients:
oil, corn, peanut, and olive
snacks, popcorn, air-popped (unsalted)
syrups, corn, light
leavening agents, baking soda
sugars, brown
vanilla extract
butter, without salt
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees .
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Spray a large bowk with cooking spray.
Add popped popcorn and nuts.
Combine br.
Sugar, cornsyrup, butter and water in a pan simmer over medium high heat until temperature reaches 250 degrees .
Hard ball stage.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and soda pour over popcorn.
Gently stir carmel over carmel until well coated.
Pour mixture onto prepared pan.and spread out.
Bake 1 hour.
Stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Allow to cool.
Carefully break up and store in air tight container.
