4 scoops lemon sorbet
2 ounces citrus vodka
2 ounces champagne
1. Put lemon sorbet into a blender.
2. Mix upon reduced pace, slowly but surely introducing vodka.
3. Include champagne.
4. Pour into chilled highball eyeglasses.
5. Garnish with contemporary mint.
