Irish Soda Bread
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking soda
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
salt, table
Directions:
Sift flours into bowl with soda and salt.
Rub in margarine.
Make a well in centre and add buttermilk.
Knead til smooth and free from stickiness.
Form into loaves.
Make a cut across each.
Bake 325F 40 mins.
