Baked Creamy Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
butter, without salt
onions, raw
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
cheese, parmesan, hard
Directions:
In top of double boiler, combine all ingredients except cheese.
Cook over boiling water for 20 minutes.
Pour into buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
