Maple Buttermilk Bread (Abm)
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
butter, without salt
syrup, maple, canadian
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
Directions:
Place all ingredients in machine according to the manufacturer's directions (for example, in my machine you put in dry ingredients first, then wet on top, and put the yeast in a special dispenser).
Please note that you may need to bring the buttermilk to room temperature or warm it slightly depending on how your machine works.
Program for basic or white bread and press Start.
