Marinated Flank Steak
Ingredients:
beef, flank, steak, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 0" fat, all grades, cooked, broiled
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
oil, olive, salad or cooking
seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
sugars, brown
spices, garlic powder
spices, ginger, ground
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Marinate steak in the well combined ingredients for 5 6 hours or preferably overnight.
Cook on preheated grill to desired doneness.
Make sure to let the meat come to room temperature prior to grilling for best results.
Cut this meat in thin slices at a slight angle against the grain.
