Ginger Ale Jelly
Ginger Ale Jelly
Ingredients:
beverages, carbonated, ginger ale
sugars, granulated
water, bottled, generic
pectin, unsweetened, dry mix
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pectin.
Heat to a rolling boil,stirring constantly.
Add pectin.
Bring to a rolling boil, (a boil that can't be stirred down).
Stirring constantly for 1 minute.
Ladle into clean hot jars and process for 5 minutes in a boiling water bath canner.
