Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
cream, fluid, heavy whipping

cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
Directions:
Bring the milk, cream, vanilla and cocoa to a boil.
Mix in the chocolate chips and serve.
