Mitch's Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
lard

Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the lard and cut in with a fork so there are no big chunks.
Stir in the buttermilk and whole milk.
Mix thoroughly but avoid kneading.
Roll the dough out onto a floured surface until it's about 3/8" thick.
Use a cookie cutter to cut whatever size biscuits you want.
Place biscuits on a pizza stone or cookie sheet close together.
Bake at 425 deg.
for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
