VINAIGRETTE
⅓ cup cider vinegar
⅓ cup canola oil
⅓ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup finely chopped new dill
1 tablespoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon recently floor black pepper
SLAW
½ medium intellect crimson cabbage, thinly sliced (6 cups)

2 cups coarsely grated carrots
2 cups thinly sliced celery
