Triple Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
water, bottled, generic
orange juice, raw
strawberries, raw
blueberries, raw
raspberries, raw
seeds, flaxseed
syrup, maple, canadian
Directions:
Combine the yogurt, water, and orange juice in a blender and process for a few seconds.
Add the strawberries and process until well blended, then add the blueberries, raspberries, flaxseeds, and agave nectar and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Add 1 tablespoon of unrefined virgin coconut oil for additional healthy fat and calories.
For more protein, add a scoop of whey protein powder.
Store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for 2 days.
Shake well again before serving.
